The assessment service we provided targeted to resolve different types of difficulties a child/teenager/adult might encounter. Our professionals will advise and refer to relevant service if necessary. Depends on the needs of the client, our professionals will recommend them to take the corresponding assessment and apply the most suitable assessment tools accordingly. All the items and prices listed below are for reference only.

IQ Test

Comprehensive assessment for pre-school children 

  • Conducted by educational psychologist/ clinical psychologist

  • Assess the performance and needs of training in seven developmental areas in pre-school children, including cognitive, language, social cognition, visual perception, fine motor, gross motor, early literacy, and numeracy. 

  • Based on children's needs, refer to relevant services provided by Social Welfare Department, including Early Education and Training Centre (EETC), Integrated Child Care Centre (ICCC), Special Child Care Centre (SCCC) and On-site Preschool Rehabilitation Services (OPRS).

 

Preschool Children 
Aged 3 years 4 months to 6 years 3 months

  1. Battelle Developmental Inventory – Second Edition (BDI-II) or equivalent standardized assessment tool

  5. Refer to the Social Welfare Department (Form 2) if necessary

Assessment for Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)*

*Please note that ASD and ADHD could only be diagnosed by psychiatrists. Our psychologists could only help in screening and referral.

Assessment for Application for Selective High School in Australia (For Report of Academic Merit) 

  • Conducted by educational psychologist (with a license to practice in both Hong Kong and Australia)

  • Overseas applicants who seek to apply for enrolment into Selective High Schools need to produce a Report of Academic Merit as a proof of the child’s academic achievement.

  • Psychoeducational assessment report on findings of intellectual functioning (WISC-V) and an academic achievement (WIAT-III) is needed in order to fill in the Report.
